Steve Ockerbloom has spent the past twelve years delivering impactful workshops on the topics of leadership, individual and team development. His clients span the range corporate groups, non-profits and universities and include GE, Goldman Sachs, Unilever, Microsoft, Google, The United Nations and The United Way. Steve has delivered programs nationally in 30 different states, and internationally in Europe, Mexico and the Middle East. Additionally, his speaking engagements have taken him to events as diverse as the annual Boston Boys and Girls Club conference, and The Anchorage Convention and Visitors Bureau, where he served as the opening and closing speaker.
Steve’s programs and workshops range from large group events of up to 1,000 people, to in-depth workshops on such subjects as Communication Skills, Feedback and Coaching, Customer Service Excellence, Working Smart with Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes, Influencing without Authority, Mechanics of Motivation, and Building Collaborative Teams. Participants in Steve’s programs have ranged from CEOs of organizations, boards of directors and other upper management positions all the way down to line workers and everyone in between. Additionally, many of Steve’s trainings have been a part of graduate study courses.
Steve is an expert in delivering 360-degree feedback tools and assessments such as Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and Belbin Team Roles. What truly sets Steve’s workshops apart is his ability to use experiential activities to bring all of these topics to life for his participants.
